Maria Delgado opens Cabana Taco in a small 800 sq ft space on Montgomery Blvd, serving 12 taco varieties inspired by authentic taco cabana street food tradition.
Community Recognition
Named "Best Mexican Restaurant in Albuquerque" by local food critics. Lines out the door led to the first kitchen expansion and a full catering program launch.
Expansion & Growth
